Unlock up to 450 bonus Linkpoints at Downtown East

Eligibility
This campaign is eligible for members who (“Eligible Members”) meet the following conditions:
1) Are existing Link members at the point of transaction, and
2) Make eligible transactions at participating partners at Downtown East:
- Accumulate $80 or $120 spend
- Earn Linkpoints with a Link card or FairPrice Group app (with Link account connected on the app before transaction) on an eligible purchase.

Campaign Details
From 3 - 31 Aug 2026 (“Campaign Period”), Eligible Members can participate in “Unlock up to 450 bonus Linkpoints at Downtown East” (“Campaign”).
- The Campaign is organised by NTUC Link Pte Ltd (“Organiser”).
- A user’s participation in this Challenge is subject to these Terms and Conditions and a user is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by virtue of their participation in the Challenge. The Terms and Conditions shall include any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding on all users.

- Eligible Members can earn up to 450 bonus Linkpoints (worth $4.50) with an Eligible Transaction:
1) Accumulate eligible spends and earn Linkpoints with a Link card or FairPrice Group app in the same transactions (“Eligible Transaction”).
2) Each Eligible Member can earn up to 1 set of 450 bonus Linkpoints during the Campaign Period.
3) Linkpoints redemption is based on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
4) All bonus Linkpoints will be issued within 2 days.
- Purchases made at FairPrice, Cheers, and bookings made for D’Resort are excluded from this campaign.
- A Linkpoints transaction made at any participating partners that is unable to issue Linkpoints due to unforeseen technical issues will not be eligible for this campaign.
- Purchases for items not eligible for Linkpoints are excluded from this Campaign.
- Payment via the FairPrice Group app is not accepted at participating partners. Members can only earn Linkpoints and redeem Linkpoints via the Pay/Earn QR code with their app to complete an Eligible Transaction.

Campaign Terms and Conditions
1) Each Link account is considered a unique participant in the campaign.
2) The Organiser’s decision shall be final and no correspondence/appeal/enquiry will be entertained.
3) Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each participant.
4) Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Campaign.
5) NTUC Link and its affiliates, together with their advertising and promotion agencies shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the following (i) any additional cost or expense incurred by participants for taking part in this Campaign or in the collection of prizes by winners; (ii) any consequences, including but not limited to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect or damage, that arises out of or in connection with the Campaign or use of the prizes; (iii) intervention by unauthorised parties during the Campaign Period; (iv) electronic or human errors in the administration of the Campaign and processing of entries (including any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet); and (v) any lost or unsuccessful attempts to contact and notify any winners.
6) The participant agrees to NTUC Link’s PDP Policy that sets out details of NTUC Link’s personal data protection policy, including how the participant may access and correct his/her personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his/her personal data.
7) The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Campaign, in whole or in part; (c) change the date and time of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and conclusive.
8) No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser should any prize/reward or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with the terms herein.
9) All information, including personal data (“Information”) submitted or known to NTUC Link and/or its affiliates in connection with this Campaign will only be used for the purposes set out herein and be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of NTUC Link at https://link.sg/legal/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”).
10) The participant agrees to the Organiser’s PDP Policy that sets out details of the Organiser’s personal data protection policy, including how the participant may access and correct his/her personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his/her personal data.
11) In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
12) A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
13) These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
